Returns and Refunds

At Magic Picture Story, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our personalized books. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a review process before finalizing your order.

How It Works:

After you place an order and complete the payment, our customer representative will contact you to collect your child images and information.
We will prepare a preview of your personalized book for your review.
You will receive the sample via email within 2 business days after submitting the images.
If you approve the sample, we will proceed with completing and delivering your order.
- At this point you can request changes to be made to design, we will work with you to make sure you are happy with the result.
If you are not satisfied with the original sample and choose not to proceed, you may request to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Conditions for Refund:

You must inform us of your decision to cancel the order within 48 hours of receiving the sample.
If we do not receive a response within this period, we will assume approval and proceed with completing your book.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that once you approve the sample and we proceed with production, the order becomes non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product.

If your book is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will assess the damage claimed and may request photographic evidence. If approved, we will send you a new copy of your book.

we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States, The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand!
As well we have a paid Express Shipping Option.

Shipping Times

For Free Shipping: Average production + delivery timeframe will take between 8 to 12 business days (depending on location and subject to peak season). Not deliverable to PO Boxes.
For EXPRESS: Average production + delivery timeframe will take between 5 to 8 business days (depending on location and subject to peak season). Not deliverable to PO Boxes.

Privacy Policy – Image Upload & Data Handling

At Magic Picture Story, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please read the following to understand how we handle your images and data

Use of Your Data

By providing images of the person for whom the book is created, you confirm that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to use these images.
Your images are used exclusively for the purpose of creating your personalized book. We do not use, sell, or share your images for any other purpose.
We use industry-leading platforms with secure, private processing for all image generation and book creation.

Data Retention & Deletion

Once your digital book is delivered, we will retain your uploaded images for 30 days to allow for any revisions or re-download requests.
After 30 days, all uploaded images and related data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
We strongly recommend downloading and saving your digital book, as we cannot provide access beyond the retention period.

Delivery & Sharing of Your Personalized Book

All previews and the final digital book will be delivered only to the email address used at the time of the order.
We do not approve any share requests for additional access to the digital outputs. If you wish to share it, please download and distribute your copy as needed.
